200 Error Wordpress to Tarvent

Hi–I’m using Make for the first time and have a simple connection/automation, but getting an error that I don’t see covered anywhere. Anyone have ideas on this?

I’m trying to move new registrations on my Wordpress site to my email software, Tarvent. Set up Watch Users on Wordpress–no problem. Then connect that to Tarvent to Create Contact. When it runs, I get the error below (I have an account with Tarvent I’ve connected and I have Make credits). Not sure how to troubleshoot.

  • [200] BadRequest: Contact limit reached. Allow overages or upgrade plan to add more contacts. (error code: 3106)

Hi @SportySpice and welcome to Make!

Your plan on Tarvent seems to have reached the maximum number of contacts you can add. Looks like the lowest limit is 500. See if you have the maximum and either delete some or get a plan that allows for more contacts in the database. That error message doesn’t come from Make.

Thanks. Yes, it was an error within Tarvent. They’ve corrected it. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
