I am in a service industry where we need to log client interactions, especially emails. I want to automate a system where:
- the trigger is that an email is received and gets assigned a label by Gmail (I’ve done this part)
- the action is that the email is copied to a Cognito Forms case file repeating section (so, the Entry, with the client information, stays the same, but the notes section (separate for each interaction), updates.
Problem I’m having: I don’t know how to get Make add to the end of the repeating section, instead of overwriting, say Note 1. I can put in any number of Note, but I can’t figure out how to make it dynamic, not static.
Any suggestions welcome! Thanks!
