So basically I have a scenario that will add applicants to a base called recruiting via a mailhook, I also have it linking to a base called job advert which will create a new record automatically if it does not already exist.
So what I am trying to do is when it creates a new record in the job advert base I want it to also assign it to what office the job advert is linked. I am struggling with where I can access this information I have added this as a linked field to the recruiting base but it does not show on the module, is there any way of automating this field in the job advert base or is this just going to hve to be a manual task?
Im not sure if this makes sense but it is essentially it is creating a new recruit in recruiting base that will be linked to a job advert base, but I want it to assign the office field on this job advert record?
