Airtable -> Make -> Signnow not mapping my template

What are you trying to achieve?

Im trying to get data from Airtable and integrate with a template in Signnow. When I try to mapping data on signNow, there is nothing on my template.

Hi @Emma_Wigginton,

You need to add fillable blocks to your document in the SignNow template before you can map the data. SignNow only shows fields that exist in the template, so if there are no blocks added, nothing will appear when you try to map data from Airtable.

Once you add the blocks and save the template, the fields should show up for mapping. Let me know if you have any questions.

Ok but my template has all the blocks added in order to assign the fields I have in Airtable side.

In that case, please try the following steps:

  1. Add new Signow connections.

  2. Select the Template from the dropdown instead of using ID mapping.

This should display the fields. If it doesn’t, create a new test Template and repeat the above steps.
