Anyone done a workflow for esim

Been working with the esim workflow. I’ve managed to get it working up to where it issues the esim and also sends the email via brevo with esim qr code and other info.

However it only works for one esim purchase. if i add 2 esims to my shopify store it only triggers one purchase and one email is sent.

Does anyone know how i can make it work for multiply esim purchases and then get brevo email to send a email for each esim purchased,
