What is your goal?
Hi guys,
I have a column in attio that is a numbered column named email_opens. When this webhook receives an email, I need to match on the from_email and add a +1 to email_opens. After this, if email_opens is 2, I need to send this contact to two other lists ( I am moving them down in the funnel) I have tried attios native make integrations (get a person, create/udpate a person, get an entry, update an entry), and I dont think I am able to do it this way. Maybe I need to api call attio? I have tried what feels like everything. Please guide/advise.

I am setting up an automation sequence with make, smartlead, and attio.
I have emails coming in from smartlead and a webhook setup to track email_opens (screenshot 1)

Welcome to the Community!
I think your problem is much more complex and cannot be solved in a simple way, as it is more process-oriented rather than a problem with Make itself.
We are missing many key pieces of information here, like the mapping between systems- the webhook probably does not contain the lead/deal ID, so it must be found and correctly assigned.
Also, what exact metrics are you tracking? According to your post, you want to add +1 to the sender of the email, not to the lead? So you are tracking open score of the sender, not steps of the CRM funnel?
Do you have any process map which you could share?
