Automating task assignments from Form submissions?

Give me an advice on automating a workflow involving form submissions. There is a process where team members submit a form when specific resources are needed for their projects. Ideally, each form submission should automatically trigger task assignment to the right team based no what’s requested.

For example, if someone asks for design resources, the tasks should go straight to the design team. If it’s marketing they need, the tasks should head to the marketing team.

Has anyone set up something similar using Make? Do share best practices. TIA
