Avoid duplicate items & create sub-items on Mondays for excel list

Hello all,

First of all I would like to thank you for this community, it has helped alot as we scale up our business!

I am now facing my biggest hurdle, considering the image below, I need the units in an excel document to create a single item (not X amount of duplicates) with the first 4 rows of information. I then need to create subitems of the units with the desciptions and rest of the information. The result should look like the image on the bottom.
