Starting Wednesday September 23rd, I had multiple integrations begin to fail due to errors calling HubSpot from the pre-built hubspot modules. Ones related to associations or custom objects were the ones impacted.
Seems like Hubspot released new APIs around this time aswell.
I wanted to check with the community if anyone else had issues with these modules from HubSpot from then till now.
We do self host our instance of Make, I checked with the team for updated version of the HubSpot modules and there were none to be updated at the time of checking.
Could you share one concrete failing example - the exact HubSpot module name and the error it returns?
If possible, run that module once with Make DevTool open and post the request URL plus the redacted response body. DevTool’s Live Stream should show both.
From the “List Association” module. I get the following error when running any call, this one is deal to deal. The same connection is able to retrieve the data via an API module.
Since the same association data still works through the API module, but the pre-built HubSpot modules are returning 404 Resource not found, this looks more like an issue with the request generated by the pre-built module than with the HubSpot connection itself.
You can check that directly in Make DevTool → Live Stream:
Run the failing List Associations module once.
Open its request and note the endpoint URL, HTTP method and query string.
Run the equivalent association read through the API module that works.
Open that request as well and compare the two.
If the endpoint/path or method is different, that should show exactly what the pre-built module is sending incorrectly. If they match, compare the query string and response next - that should narrow the failure down further.
@5theo is right about the DevTool. It is a Chrome Extension that gives you access to the actual requests and responses that are sent and received by your scenario. Chrome Extension: Make DevTool - Chrome Web Store
