I would like to create a support workflow for the company where the end of the flow redirects to the Gmail chat of a specific user.

Looks like there is no module in Google Chat that does that.
I’m sure others would agree that this is a nice feature to have.
You can submit this suggestion to the Idea exchange, under App improvement ideas
