I have tried searching for Little Green Light in ‘search all apps and modules’ but don’t see it. Is it possible to do a diy setup?

Yes, you can use the generic HTTP module to connect to any API.

Try Maia and see if it can read the api docs and build the http module configuration. That may save you some time.
