hi
last week created make account and applied coupon for 6m subscription.
signed up using gmail account created specifically for use with make and playing around with automation tasks.
shortly after got locked out from my gmail - i cannot login it anymore, gmail support cannot help either (i am getting “login failed. too many login attempts” error all the time).
as a result, i cannot access my MAKE account anymore either until linked gmail account gets unlocked.
is there any way how to get back my account with Make subscription besides waiting until gmail lets me in?

could not find any other support hence addressing it here which is probably not the right place. though, still hope somebody will be able to suggest some solution.
You could try reaching out to support to see if they can change your email address… But not sure how they would authorise the change… as you could be anyone requesting that… Ask support for help.

which contact details will be used by Agent to contact me? hope not the email of my locked out account since i have no access to it which particularly is the reason my make.com is account is inaccessible.

Your issue is related to Google/Gmail,not Make. If your account was linked to a mobile phone, you should be able to recover it after a few hours if that’s simple anti-spam suspension.
Once you answer all the questions, you will be able to proceed to the second page of the form. There, you can submit your issue description. Please provide there as many details as possible so support will be able to contact you.
theoretically - yes, you are right. practically - whenever i click to send verification code to mobile, i get the same “failed” message again and again. although in last days had only 1-2 attempts per day, it still show “too many attempts”. i had a guess that i saved a Gemini API and it could be doing constant calls.
seems i messed up with my first ticket. i fully described the situation and submit the ticket without mentioning alternative communication channel. then probably i should resubmit it once again?
Since your Make account is linked to the Gmail you can’t access, the fastest way to regain access is to contact Make support directly. Explain that you lost access to your email and provide proof of your subscription or payment. They can usually help move your account to a new email so you can log in again. Meanwhile, you can try Google account recovery after waiting a day or two, but Make support is the best way to solve this without waiting.
yes, but in order to contact Support, i need to login - only FAQ is available without login.
i have created one more account and created support ticket from that - just not sure how can i prove to support that i am legit owner of that blocked account since i am contacting them from another account.
few days passed, but no reply received yet on my ticket.

i still havent received anything - Customer Care agent might have sent a message / solution / suggestion to my blocked gmail account which i still do not have access to.
if so - i am not able to access it to check reply from CC agent.
i had to create one more make.com account to be able to login and post “my pain” here.
i clearly understand that it is hard to prove that both accounts are mine - i am ready to be challenged by Customer Care agent by any security questions related to my blocked account if that can help me to prove that i am a legit owner of both (and maybe active subscription terminated on blocked account and transferred to this one?).
Ah, I get it, no worries, I’ll let the Customer Agents know that your issue still persists, and they will add the email you’re using for this community account to the conversation so you can recover the account!

thanks and have received a message on my alternative email.
replied to Agent and keeping my initial gmail in cc (same as agent did) - got mailer-daemon that msg to gmail cannot be delivered since email account is inactive.
at some point that could serve as a proof to my story that account has been locked out
CC agent should have received the same message as well.
that already looks like a light at the end of tunnel
