Help. I have tried creating a [Make.com](http://Make.com) account with two different emails and I never receive the verification email, even when I click the ‘resend verification email’ button. How can I create an account? It allowed me to create a community account but not a [make.com](http://make.com) account.

Hey @mbayer

**welcome to the make community**

Occasionally, there might be delays in email delivery, so it’s a good idea to exercise patience and allow some time (typically a few minutes to an hour) before checking your inbox again for the verification email. If you still haven’t received it after waiting, reach out to [Make.com](http://Make.com)’s customer support. Even if you’ve checked your spam folder and whitelisted the domain, they can provide personalized assistance to resolve the issue.
