Clickup create a task when I create a list

Hi,
I would like to create a new task in an existing list (Example list name “General”)when i create a new list in my main space. I manage to create but I can’t create a condition to avoid duplicates.

Hi. The most simple way to prevent create a duplicated task is do a search before.
