The “List All Tasks” automation for ClickUp does not return tasks that have been added to the ClickUp List you’re querying if it was added using ClickUp’s “Add Tasks to Multiple Lists” feature. Make only returns tasks using the “List All Tasks” automation if the tasks are native to the specific ClickUp list you’re querying. For any tasks that have their origin in another ClickUp list, even if they are showing in the list you’re querying, the non-native tasks will not be returned.
As a work around, you can use the “List All View Tasks” automation instead. This will return all the tasks whether or not the task was originated from or added to the ClickUp List you’re querying.
