Collecting data via variables

I am collecting data via an api, I then want to take the values and add a uplift depending on the provider displaying the result in a single email.

I thought creating variable and applying the uplift would work when passed to a datastore, but I cannot get the final values to display in 1 email. I’ve tried text aggregators but it’s still eluding me.
