πŸ“š [Community Handbook p. 5] Marking a Solution

Hey Makers

In this little series, we have so far covered:
:person_red_hair: setting up a community profile
:mag_right: looking up info in the community
:speech_balloon: starting a conversation
:arrow_right_hook: replying and reacting

And today, we’ll talk about getting the desired answer from the community and marking it as a solution.

:one: Tell the community what you want to accomplish or find out.

:two: Wait for the community members to jump in and share their knowledge.

Note: Please be patient when waiting for the replies. This is a user community, not a ticketing system

:three: When you get an answer that helps you accomplish what you’re trying to do, please mark it as a solution by clicking the 'Solution' checkmark.

:white_check_mark: Why mark solutions?

It keeps the community space organized and helps the community members focus on questions that have not been resolved yet.

In the feed, you can distinguish solved questions by the checkmark next to them.
