Connecting between a webhook and OpenAI

Connect between a webhook and OPENAI

 What is the problem?

a persistent UI bug in Scenario 4479296. The connection between Webhook (ID 2) and OpenAI (ID 4) is stuck as a dashed line. There are NO filters, but I keep getting ‘Flow is empty’ errors. Also, I see unrendered variables like {{maximum_runs}} in the UI.

Even though the modules are logically linked (the context menu shows “Unlink”), the line is dotted/dashed.

:test_tube: What have you tried so far?

hen clicking “Run once”, I get the error: “Cannot initialize the scenario because of the reason ‘Flow is empty and contains no configured module’”.

What I have already tried:

Rebuilding from scratch: Created a brand new scenario, but the dashed line persists.

Checking Filters: I’ve verified multiple times that there are NO filters or conditions on the route.

UI Troubleshooting: Tried refreshing (F5), clearing cache, and using a different browser (Chrome/Incognito).

Manual Configuration: Ensured both modules are fully configured and saved (OK was clicked in both).

Route Status: There is no “Enable route” option in the wrench menu, suggesting Make thinks it’s linked but isn’t processing the flow.

It appears to be a backend synchronization issue with my account’s scenarios.

Hello @Uri_Gross and Welcome to the Make Community!

That dotted line between modules is totally normal, that’s just a normal connection.

I’m unable to run your scenario because I do not have WooCommerce, but everything else configured properly for me. Perhaps you can try opening a ticket here.
