# Connection with a team plan

Hi,
We work with a team plan and it seems all team members can use Google sheet connection of the others. This is not ideal for privacy. It means I can access the google sheets of all my team members.
How can I make sure this is not possible?

Welcome to the Make community!
To do this, each member should be in their own team, if you want to keep their personal accounts and connections separate from the rest of the members in the organization.
Alternatively, you should create a common Google Account that everyone should switch to instead.

No, that does not make sense, because each team has their own connections.
If you want to share scenario blueprints, you can simply [export/import them](https://www.make.com/en/help/scenarios/scenario-editor#4---more-scenario-tools), and reselect the connections.
