What are you trying to achieve?
So three days and a bit frustrated.
Here’s what I am trying to achieve: a functional MLM workflow.
The workflow I’ve somewhat developed is when a New Distributor completes a form which asks for their name and their sponsor’s name, then Monday.com will add the new record to the Board/Group and then Make.com will search the same Board/Group for the Sponsor’s name and add the name of that Sponsor (the New Distributor’s Sponsor’s Sponsor) to a column in the New Distributor’s record.
It sounds like it ought to be simple and it probably is, but the solution is escaping me.
Please, PLEASE provide as detailed instructions as possible for the solution to this problem. Thank you in advance!
Steps taken so far
- Created the Morning.com Board/Group
- Created a webhook to alert Make.com of the new item in the Board/Group
- Worked on a billion Make.com Scenarios with varying levels of success.
