Creating automation for Ticket Tailor Product sales

New to the community and I hope someone here can offer some help…

I want to create a scenario that watches for orders on Ticket Tailor and adds the buyer to a MailPoet list, so I can send an auto-respond series, starting out with the name(s) and url link(s) to the digital products that have been purchased.

I’m guessing this will be a three or four (maybe more) process and I will have to create additional fields in my MailPoet on Wordpress so the variable can be used in the email for the product information (name and url).

Any thoughts on the problem and the further build?

Steps taken so far

I’ve started by using the simple two step template that already exists within Make, but nothing is coming through from Ticket tailor, even though I have added the API and connected it.

Pls share screen of your scenario.

Use templates in https://www.make.com/en/integrations/ticket-tailor

First you need to Watch New Orders for then trigger the rest of your scenario. So, stardt adding that module,

Thansk for the response. Yes, I’ve used the template and no data is being. Screenshot attached if that helps…

pulled through. Oddly, I’ve created one in Zapier to test that and that works perfectly, but doesn’t have some functionality to take it further.

The Ticket Tailor Watch New Orders will not pull past orders. You have to right click on it and click “choose where to start” in order to get older data.
