Dynamic Link for weekly download

Im currently trying to build a flow that fetches a csv file from the below Link. Since the file is being generated daily, the Link isn’t the same each day. To keep the manual work to a minimum, I want to get the file once a week but don’t want to put in the link manually. Is there a way to get the Link dynamically?
