French OR Italian, plus working English.\*\*
Remote freelance · Part-time, minimum 50% · Percentage negotiable

We are looking for a resourceful freelancer to work directly with the founder across business projects in different sectors.

You will help turn ideas into working pages, useful tools, clear content and completed projects. You should enjoy experimenting with AI, learning unfamiliar tools and improving your work through feedback.

We already work with a digital marketing agency. Understanding the basics of digital marketing will help you connect its work with the customer journey: clear landing pages, useful content, simple enquiry forms and sensible ways to check what is working.

## What you will work on

- Build and improve landing pages, forms, simple dashboards and workflows using AI-assisted coding and other suitable tools.
- Prepare website copy, social posts, presentations and visual assets.
- Research providers, compare options, follow up on requests and present recommendations supported by sources.
- Test customer journeys and internal tools, reproduce issues and implement straightforward fixes with appropriate review.
- Help improve the path from an ad, search result or social post to a customer enquiry, and coordinate practical changes with our marketing agency.
- Track priorities, document progress and coordinate with the operations team.
- Develop reusable AI prompts and templates that reduce repetitive work.

Projects might include improving an onboarding flow, updating a website, comparing providers or helping test an AI telephone assistant. Priorities will be agreed for the available workload.

## Who we are looking for

- Practical examples of things you have built, improved or delivered, through professional work, personal projects or study.
- Strong written and spoken French OR Italian, plus working English. You do not need both French and Italian.
- Practical experience using AI to build, research or create, with the judgement to check its output.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing: acquisition channels, landing pages, calls to action, conversion goals and simple measurement.
- Clear writing, attention to usable interfaces and visual presentation, and reliable follow-through.
- Someone comfortable asking questions and handling company information carefully.

Basic HTML/CSS, JavaScript, APIs or automation knowledge is useful. You should be willing to understand and test what you produce and ask for specialist help when needed.

## What we offer

- An ongoing remote freelance collaboration, part-time from a minimum of 50%, with the percentage negotiable.
- Scope, corresponding availability and freelance fees agreed before starting.
- Premium AI subscriptions funded separately.
- Direct collaboration with the founder and responsibility for practical projects.
- Regular overlap with Swiss working hours, agreed together.

## Apply

Use our short application form: [Digital Projects & AI Assistant — Application](https://form.typeform.com/to/TDc8AfC5)

No CV or cover letter required. Tell us about a project or experiment, your contribution, and what you checked or improved. Written answers may be in French or Italian.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a paid practical exercise and a conversation. AI use is welcome throughout; we want to understand your decisions.

Hi Luca, thanks for sharing the role. Could you clarify the main deliverables for the first month and the tools already in place? What weekly hours and Swiss-time overlap does the minimum 50% involve, and what budget range do you have in mind?

Hi @Luca_B , one thing that makes the ad-to enquiry path measurable from day one: capture the source on every enquiry. Put hidden fields in the form for the camping, source and landing page (filled from the page’s UTM parameters ), and save them with the enquiry in a Sheet or CRM. Then you can see which ad produced which enquiry, whoever builds the pages.

For the AI phone assistant, write a short list of test calls before launch (a hard question, a mumbled email, a caller who wants a human) and record pass or fail for each. Every later change can then be tested against the same list.

Disclosure: I’m with Pond AI, where we build custom AI agents around the tools people already use. For the enquiry path, we can sketch the architecture at no charge, like the one attached, and you can use it with and builder. Custom builds have a 7-day refund.

Hello @Luca_B on getting from an ad to an enquiry: the simplest way to see what’s working is to capture the source on every form. Add hidden fields that save the UTM source and campaign when someone lands, and fire one clear conversion event when the form is submitted. Then every enquiry arrives labelled with the channel it came from, with no extra tools.

Pond AI could help with the automation side of your projects. It’s an AI engineer on call that designs, builds and keeps custom agents and workflows running, from enquiry handling and follow-ups to an AI phone assistant like the one you mention, and it sketches the architecture for free first, with a 7-day refund on custom builds.

Which is most pressing right now, the enquiry flow or the phone assistant? If it sounds useful, I’d be glad to introduce you to the founder or the team.

Disclosure: I’m affiliated with **[Pond AI.](https://joinpond.ai)**

Hi Luca,

I specialize in process automation and no-code/low-code development, helping those who need to transform complex workflows and product ideas into real, tested, and ready-to-use tools.

Recently, I developed a system to automate lead qualification and request management for micro-tasks. I designed the architecture by connecting forms and conversational bots to scenarios on [Make.com](http://Make.com) and integrating LLM models via APIs. To ensure clean data reached the CRM/Sheets, I configured UTM parameter tracking and hidden fields (source, campaign, and landing page), enabling marketing to have precise traceability from the first click to conversion.

A central aspect of my approach is the testing phase: before releasing an AI assistant (whether conversational or voice-based), I create a test protocol with edge cases—ambiguous questions, incomplete inputs, or escalation requests to a human operator. This allows us to record performance metrics and verify that every update to prompts or logic doesn’t break previously validated paths.

I’m looking for a direct freelance collaboration where I can experiment, optimize user journeys, and coordinate pragmatically with the team and the marketing agency.

Hello @Luca_B , the source-capture point above is the right instinct, so I won’t repeat it. A few things specific to how you’ve scoped this role that are easy to get wrong:

On the paid practical exercise: since you want to understand candidates’ decisions, make the task a tiny end-to-end slice, not a polished deliverable. One landing page with a working enquiry form that labels its source, a 5-line prompt template for a task you actually repeat, and a short note on what they tested and what they’d check next. Score the judgement and the checking, not the polish. A resourceful generalist who documents trade-offs shows up clearly this way, and so does someone who leans on AI without reviewing it.

On the reusable prompts and templates you listed: they quietly rot as models and tools change. Store each prompt with a sample input and the output you expect from it, so when you swap a model or a subscription updates under you, you re-run the samples and see in minutes what still behaves. It turns a prompt “library” into something testable instead of a folder of text that may or may not still work.

And given the “handling company information carefully” line: decide up front what scoped, revocable access the freelancer gets. Shared workspace, limited CRM role, test data rather than live customer data for the exercise. Much easier to grant than to claw back.

One honest framing while you hire: a part-time generalist is perfect for pages, copy, research and coordination, but the AI phone assistant and the enquiry automation are always-on plumbing that tends to break quietly at 2am and needs a clear owner.

Full disclosure, I’m affiliated with Pond AI, where we build, run and maintain custom AI agents around the tools a team already uses. Here’s the deal I’d offer so it stays fair to you: point me at the enquiry flow or the phone-assistant setup and we will map the architecture for free, and that blueprint is yours to keep. Build it in-house, hand it to the freelancer you hire, give it to any other agency: no strings, no cost. The only moment money is at stake is if you decide to build it with us, and even then there’s a 7-day refund, so the risk of trying us sits on our side, not yours.

Forget tools for a second: three months from now, what would make you say this hire clearly paid off, more qualified enquiries landing labelled, less manual follow-up eating your week, or the phone assistant handling a first call without a human?
