Thank you for raising this issue in the community. We apologize for the frustration caused by this error.
Our developers are aware of this issue and are investigating it further. I’m going to update this thread as soon as I have more information from the Engineers.
In the meantime, here is a workaround from our Support team that you can use:
You can create an Etsy connection with “Show Advanced Settings”.
There you will fill up the Client ID and Secret.
To get the Client ID and Secret you will have to create an app in the Etsy developer portal: https://www.etsy.com/developers/your-apps
Click on the “Create a New App”.
After you will create the app in Etsy developer portal, you will get the Client ID and Secret.
