# Excluding https:// from Url

Does anyone know how i can remove the HTTPS:// from a link? I tried the following function: {{replace(“[https://beeinteractive.ai/](https://beeinteractive.ai/)”; “https://”; )}} but it did not remove the https://

Hey @Ruben_Koemans

https:// is always constant number of characters. Hence, you can use substring() function like this:

{{substring(value;8;length(value))}}
