Expert wanted - HelpScout and Twilio

Looking for an expert to build scenarios that integrate SMS/MMS messages via Twilio into HelpScout.

  • When client texts our number —> create ticket in HelpScout
  • When agent responds in HelpScout —> Twilio sends the SMS to client
