I noticed all leads are not showing up on Spreadsheet from Meta ads, I didn’t noticed until i also route leads from Meta to a separate sheet and noticed leads are missing from time to time, out of 5 leads 2 leads will not go through the spreadsheet
Then even if I mapped the time, the time will still not showing on the spreadsheet

Are you sure there are no filters configured in your scenario? That would be the most likely cause of missing leads.
If you’re using the same scenario and routing data to different sheets, there are really only two possibilities:
As for the time not showing – can you show us mapping? Are you adding data into string cell or date-formatted cell?

Just to clarify – where exactly is the second spreadsheet you mentioned?
Have you checked your scenario runs?
Also – a few weeks ago Make.com added a new module worth knowing: Customize run name. Add it right after your trigger and debugging will get much easier as you can add id/ lead name/ whatever you like to run name and easily find run with missing data.

I’ve seen this happen before with Meta lead forms and Google Sheets. Usually it’s not that the leads are gone, it’s more that the connection randomly misses some of them. If 5 leads come in and only 3 appear, it’s often something with the webhook/integration timing out or briefly disconnecting in the background. The missing time field is probably a separate issue. Meta timestamps can be weird sometimes and don’t always map properly into Sheets unless the field format is set correctly
