It was successful. However, I noticed that the Facebook post count isn’t updating. it remains at 12 even though the post was successfully published through the Make integration.
What have you tried so far?
-Test via Facebook app id ( live mode) ( all permission set ) and facebook profile
-I have test in 2 different Facebook account and page
-Refresh the Facebook mobile app
The reason you are seeing the 12 posts is because this is the cached display of Facebook’s post count. There is a known lag time between the actual number of posts and what is being displayed. It may take hours for the metrics to update.
If the post is visible on the Page, then the Make → Facebook publishing step has already succeeded. The 12 you’re seeing is likely not a reliable indicator of how many posts Make has created.
I’d inspect the ID returned by the Facebook module after the successful run. That will tell us exactly what Facebook object was created. In particular, I’d verify whether the scenario is creating a Page photo/media post or a feed post, because Facebook’s UI doesn’t necessarily increment the displayed count for every object in the same way.
Since you’ve already reproduced it across two Pages/accounts, I wouldn’t spend time re-authorizing or refreshing the app. The next useful diagnostic is the successful module’s output bundle, especially the returned id. That will tell us whether this is a Facebook counting/UI issue or the type of object being published.
