What is the problem & what have you tried?
Everything was working until I’ve was establishing a new connection and integrating a new Facebook Lead Form. Currently it gives me this error “failed to load”

[403] The user is authenticated but not authorized to access the requested resource due to missing permissions. Details: (#200) Provide valid app ID (200, OAuthException).

his usually happens when the new Facebook connection doesn’t have the right permissions. When you reconnect, Make needs access to your page and Lead Forms again.
Try reconnecting the Facebook account and make sure you accept all permissions. Also double-check that you’re an admin on the Facebook Page and the Lead Form. In Facebook Business Settings, confirm the app still has access and wasn’t removed. If it keeps failing, removing the connection in Make and creating it again often fixes it.
