# File conversion and cloud converter

Hey guys I have this simple flow. I get video URL from airtable module and then download the file. then I try to using whisper to create transcript but it throw this error.

Hello,  
According to the screenshots provided, you aren’t using the file format with the filename.

Please refer to the tip under the filename field in the Whisper module.

```auto
File name and extension. Supported formats include [...]

```
