You’ll find, with time, that modules are mostly there for convenience and aren’t always a one-size-fits-all. Everything won’t always work for everyone.
Even though this is a bug, it’s a somewhat obscure one.
In this case, you may just be better off in general using the Webhook Integration in Fillout rather than the Fillout module in Make.
