Hi Folks, 1st time post here.
I’m trying to push a phone number from a Jotform Phone field into Monday’s phone field. The issue I keep running into is that Make insists on adding the country code when it recognizes the destination as a phone number. Monday doesn’t want the country code - it errors whenever I include it (tried both numeric and alpha shortcode). I can push the phone number into a text field in Monday but that defeats the purpose. Is there a way to disable the country code request in Make or is there another option?
Hey Vermont,
Make isn’t going to add anything on its own here. Most likely the phone number is coming formatted as such.
I suggest using the Parse a phone number module to get the number in a desired format. Including one without country codes.
Hey @Stoyan_Vatov ,
Thanks for the reply. I’m not sure why that worked but it did. The phone number from the Jotform didn’t have a country code but I added the Parse a phone number module and selected the E.164 formatted value. ISO-2 Country Code was set to US. (just in case someone else finds this useful).
Thanks for letting the community know, @Vermont_Frames !
