Getting "DataError - Media ID is not available (9007, OAuthException)" when posting to Instgram

Hi everyone,
I’m running into a DataError (9007, OAuthException) when trying to publish a post to Instagram via Make.
The scenario is split — one route publishes to Facebook, the other to Instagram.
The Facebook part works fine, but the Instagram part fails randomly with this error:

Media ID is not available (9007, OAuthException)

Has anyone encountered this issue or found a fix?
