My aim is to create automation that will pull specific emails from Gmail and create Clickup tasks. I find it hard to set this up: I would like to pick ALL emails that have Subjects containing random 11 digit number. And after that email is identified I would like to create Clickup task (with Clickup Module) that has following 1. Title: “Case + (11 digits picked from the email title)” 2. Description of the task: copy of the email. In addition I don’t know if as a second/middle module I should use **Text parser** (as some here suggested) or **Tools - Set variables** (suggested by others). So, please anyone who is willing to look deeper in to it please let me know if that settings is correct - I am attaching image of both scenarios - with the Parser and with the Tool (and I show both outcomes and settings). Both are based on exactly the same google connection that contains 3 test emails in inbox. Filter that I use after Gmail in both scenarios is exactly the same in both scenarios and I attach separate screenshot. I am also attaching both blueprints called “parser” and “tools” so it match relevant scenarios.
