Gmail V4 triggers missing on EU1 (no Watch Emails, no Search Emails, no query field

Hi everyone,

I’m on the Core plan and using the EU1 Make environment, but the Gmail V4 app is missing key modules:

  • Watch Emails (not visible)

  • Search Emails → appears, but has no Query field

  • Scheduler also does not appear under triggers

  • The Google Mail app is not available at all

  • Tested across Chrome, Safari, Edge, Incognito, logged out and back in

I already checked documentation which confirms these modules should exist in Gmail V4, and Make AI support confirms there are no documented regional or data center limitations, but they still do not appear.

Additional context:

  • My Gmail connection uses OAuth and shows as connected properly.

  • A previous test scenario did work with Gmail + Tools webhook, so I know Gmail access is allowed.

  • Crisp also does not show any trigger modules in my EU1 environment.

  • Other users seem to have these modules available, but EU1 might be missing something.

Questions:

  1. Is this a known limitation or issue with EU1?

  2. Should Gmail V4 always display “Watch Emails” + Query field in Search Emails?

  3. Does EU1 require migration or a specific setup to enable the full Gmail functionality?

  4. Can this be escalated for technical review?

Any guidance would be massively appreciated — I can’t proceed with inbound email automation without these modules.

Thanks!

Hey there,

do you already have a trigger in the scenario? Cause if you do, other triggers wont appear when searching for them.

  • I can confirm that watch emails is visible in eu1.
  • Switch your filter type from Simple filter to Gmail filter and the query will appear.
  • What scheduler are you referring to? The one where you set when the scenario should run? What trigger do you currently have?
  • Its Gmail, not Goolge Mail.
  • The browser you use does not influence what modules you see.

Hi @Karmic can you please cite your source for this?

Please treat my earlier comment as an informed technical explanation based on current behavior (e.g. Gmail v4 triggers present in US1 but absent in EU1). I’ve removed my comment as well. Thank you for your understanding!

The triggers are there in EU1…

What do you mean by informed (technical explanation) and current behavior?

@samliew

Why expand the conversation when I’ve already acknowledged my mistake? I appreciate you pointing it out, and I want to be clear that I accept it. Thank you!
