Go High Level + Make.com + ChatGPT Automation Setup (Anchor Scenario Build)

Job Description:

I’m looking for an experienced automation specialist to build a foundational automation (anchor scenario) that connects:

  • Go High Level (GHL)
  • Make.com
  • ChatGPT (OpenAI API)

The purpose of this anchor scenario is to trigger from a GHL form submission, send the lead’s info to GPT-4, generate a smart follow-up SMS, and send it back to the lead via GHL’s messaging API. This is the first of many planned automations.

This is a one-time job with the potential for long-term work building out 20+ additional automations if the first is successful.

Deliverables:

  • Webhook setup from GHL form to Make
  • JSON parsing of lead data (firstName, message, phone)
  • GPT-4 prompt setup with OpenAI API
  • HTTP POST back to GHL to send SMS
  • (Optional) Log data to Google Sheet
  • Full documentation or Loom walkthrough

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Make.com (Integromat)
  • Deep understanding of Go High Level API & CRM structure
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT/OpenAI API (GPT-4)
  • Able to build scalable, modular scenarios
  • Clear communication, fast turnaround
