@SierraAnalytica Yes, you would still need to use Apps Script but you can call the function externally (from within Make) in any kind of way.
You would have to adapt the script and allow it to be called via webhook. We’ve done this douzens of times and it works great

I think keeping the Apps Script running might be best use case –
Any reading you would point me to, though, to learn how to call the function from within Make - and add the webhook?
