I have a scenario “Integration Webhooks, Google Sheets”.
The Webhooks module receives data from SendPulse (6 values detected: информация, услуга, заголовок, бот, контакт, дата).
But in the Google Sheets module, all column fields are inactive (red) — I can’t select variables (username, telegram_id, optin_offer_consent).
What I tried:
Re-detected new values in Webhooks — data arrives.
Refreshed the page (F5).
Reopened the scenario.
Tried typing { manually — the variable list doesn’t appear.
Help, please.
What is the problem & what have you tried?

Hi, I think the values you’re looking for are nested. SendPulse puts username, telegram_id and the bot variables like optin_offer_consent inside the контакт object, so they don’t show up as top-level items in the mapping panel.
Click Run once, trigger the bot in SendPulse so a real bundle comes in, then open the mapping panel in the Sheets module and expand контакт (the bot variables usually sit one level deeper again). If the fields still stay red after that run, removing and re-adding the Sheets module usually clears it.
This usually means the Google Sheets module has not loaded the sheet structure yet, not that the webhook data is missing. Open the Sheets module, pick the spreadsheet and sheet again, and wait until the column fields populate from the header row. If they stay red, add a real header row in the sheet first (for example username, telegram_id, optin_offer_consent), save, then re-select the sheet in Make so it rediscovers the columns. After that the webhook bundles should show up when you map each field.
I have seen Google Sheets fields go red/inactive after a module remap when the webhook sample bundle is empty or shaped differently than the last successful run. What usually fixes it for me: open the Webhooks module, re-send a sample with the real keys present, then re-open the Sheets module and pick the variables again. If the connection itself is stale, reconnect Google once and retest a single Update/Add row before the full scenario.
Most likely there was a problem when you added your Google Sheets module.
Please right click on the connection between webhooks and google sheets and select unlink.
Save the scenario, reload the page and connect them once again.
If the problem still occurs, we are waiting for screenshots.
