Hi all. My goal is to be able to use the [Google Vertex Cloud API](https://cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/docs/reference/rest/?apix=true) to access the new [Gemini Pro AI model](https://console.cloud.google.com/freetrial/?redirectPath=/vertex-ai/generative/multimodal/create/text) as part of my scenarios. I have been using OpenAI successfully but have found that the Google Gemini Pro model is much better at web related research and would like to move some scenario steps to it. While I have looked, I have not found Google Vertex Cloud API nor Google Gemini Pro available as existing modules, but perhaps it is labeled differently. The question is: Is there a module for the Google Vertex Cloud API or Google Gemini Pro currently available? If not, is there indication that one will be added? I’d start looking at a direct REST solution but seems a bit ineffecient and prefer not to start coding something custom if there are plans to add to Make. Thanks in advance. ---

Welcome to the Make community! Make doesn’t have an integration for this third-party service or a module for this particular endpoint. If the external service has a Developer API Reference/Documentation then you should be able to integrate the endpoints in Make using the app’s universal module (Make an API call) or generic HTTP “[Make a request](https://www.make.com/en/help/tools/http)” module. You can also suggest for it to be made in the [Idea exchange](https://www.make.com/en/app-ideas). Hello @J_Mac welcome to the community 👋 That’s exactly right. While you can certainly go ahead and use Google Vertex, there’s also the option to continue using all existing Google Cloud Vision modules without any necessary changes. ---
