Hello! Thanks for the reply, I tried this already but it seems like it doesn’t go through. I don’t know if the watch message module for missive is only for received messages and not for sent messages. Can you enlighten me if it also triggers for sent messages? ---

Ah, Make doesn’t have a module for Watching Sent Messages. If the external service has a Developer API Reference/Documentation then you should be able to integrate the endpoints in Make using the app’s universal module (Make an API call) or generic HTTP “[Make a request](https://www.make.com/en/help/tools/http)” module. If the external service allows you to register webhooks, then you can create a trigger to wait for incoming webhook requests in Make using the generic Webhook “[Custom webhook](https://www.make.com/en/help/tools/webhooks#creating-custom-webhooks)” module. You can also suggest for it to be made in the [Idea exchange](https://www.make.com/en/app-improvement-ideas).
