I have a WordPress website using Elementor Pro and WooCommerce, and we are currently trying to integrate WooCommerce with Bitrix24 CRM through Make (formerly Integromat).
However, our WooCommerce setup includes several additional plugins that customize the checkout process:
Asaas Gateway for WooCommerce – adds Asaas payment options.
Brazilian Market on WooCommerce – adds CPF/CNPJ fields and allows selection between “Individual” and “Company.”
Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce – used to add extra custom fields, such as a field to request the client’s Bitrix URL.
Woo Additional Terms – adds an extra checkbox for accepting custom terms.
All of these fields (both from the plugins and the default WooCommerce ones) appear correctly within the Order details page in WooCommerce.
However, when setting up the integration in Make, only the default WooCommerce fields are available for mapping.
The custom fields from these plugins do not appear among the available data when I try to send the order details to Bitrix24.
I need help understanding how to map these custom checkout fields so that they are also sent to Bitrix24 along with the standard WooCommerce data.
Any guidance or examples would be really appreciated!
