Help setting up a Notion - Adalo app integration

Hi!

I need to build a communication between my notion databases and my Adalo app.

I’m looking for someone with proved experience with those platforms so the workflow is built strong.

Thanks!

Hey @Emanuel_Arias , I’ve built stable Make workflows connecting Notion with app platforms like Adalo, including two-way sync, record creation/updates, status handling, and webhook/API-based triggers. The key is to map both data models properly, handle edge cases like duplicate records and failed updates, and make sure the automation stays reliable as your database grows. I’d set this up in Make with clear routing, filtering, and error handling so the connection is strong and easy to maintain. If needed, I can also help structure the Notion databases and Adalo collections so the integration is clean from the start. Send me the fields, sync direction, and trigger logic you need, and I can outline the exact workflow and start right away. You can book a call with me here to discuss this further.

Hello @Emanuel_Arias , welcome to make.com community, I have worked and have experience with Make.com and l will love to collaborate with you on this you can schedule a call Here and you can checkout my upwork profile Here, for my pastworks and certifications

Hi @Emanuel_Arias, welcome to the Make community.

This is a solid use case — I’ve worked on similar setups connecting Notion databases with app platforms like Adalo using Make.

The main thing here is structuring the sync properly (especially field mapping, update logic, and avoiding duplicate or conflicting records). Depending on your use case, it can be one-way or two-way sync with webhooks or scheduled triggers.

Happy to take a look at your database structure and outline the best way to connect both systems cleanly.

Hi!

Connecting Notion to Adalo is a great way to build a powerful front-end, but it requires a very “strong” workflow to handle data sync properly without hitting API limits or causing lag in the app.

How I’ll make your workflow reliable:

  • Real-time Sync: I’ll use n8n or Make to act as the bridge. When you update a Notion database, the change will reflect in Adalo instantly via webhooks or API calls.

  • Data Structuring: Notion’s API returns data in a “messy” format. I’ll write the custom logic to clean and map that data so Adalo can display it perfectly in your collections.

  • Two-Way Communication: If you need users to submit data from Adalo back into Notion, I’ll set up the logic to ensure records are created or updated in the right database without duplicates.

Why work with me?

I’m Mikhail, an automation specialist and developer. I build production-grade systems using n8n and SQL, and I’m very comfortable with the specific quirks of the Notion API. I focus on building “bulletproof” connections that don’t break when your data grows.

The Details:

  • Availability: I have 25–35 hours a week free and can start on this today.

  • Rate: $50/hour, or I can give you a fixed price once I see the number of databases you need to sync.

I’d love to hear more about what your Adalo app does so we can build the most efficient data structure for it!
