We have an important update regarding the Egnyte integration.
To ensure your automations keep running smoothly without interruption, we need your help!
What’s happening?
Effective June 1, 2026, Egnyte is changing how their API tokens work. All access tokens will now have a 30-day expiration. To keep your connections from breaking every month, we are implementing a new Refresh Token flow that allows Make to automatically renew your connection in the background.
How you can help:
We want to ensure this new logic is rock-solid before the June deadline, but we need an active Egnyte environment to finalize the testing.
We are looking for active Egnyte users to participate in a quick beta test of this new connection logic. Your feedback will help ensure that no one’s workflows break when the global change goes live.
Timeline:
We are looking to wrap up testing by mid-May 2026, so we have plenty of time to polish the update before Egnyte’s June 1st deadline.
