Hi there,
We would like to develop a completely custom helpdesk for our SaaS solution. We already have helpdesk posts inside Ghost CMS, but we would like to add AI based chatbot, AirTable ticket manager and Make.com automation. Included is the creation of new Helpdesk items and the generation of videos wth Avatar in several languages.

this sounds like an awesome project. I’ve been working with make and Airtable for years at this point.

For the AI videos with avatar as well as the AI chatbot, we can go with a vector database like pinecone.

Building out a ticket manager (including chat history) in Airtable is also not a problem.

We are a small team of make.com experts and have developed plenty of complex integrations. This project should not be a challenge to us.
