So the only option for cennecting the facebook lead ads and getresponse max account is API, i dont know nothing about it. Maybe someone have experience and can guide me with this process? ---

If the external service has a Developer API Reference/Documentation, then yes, you should be able to integrate the endpoints in Make using the generic HTTP “[Make a request](https://www.make.com/en/help/tools/http)” module. Can you find the Developer API Reference/Documentation? What issues are you encountering with it? You can also suggest for it to be made in the [Idea exchange](https://www.make.com/en/app-ideas).
