Hi,

I would like to have the below flow made for 200 euro. Are negotiable.

Project Brief: AI Email Summary Automation in Make.com

I need a fully working scenario in Make.com (formerly Integromat) that does the following:

:repeat_button: Trigger

**•	Trigger when a new email is received in Office 365 Outlook**

**•	Email subject must contain the word “referat” (case-insensitive)**

**•	Email must have exactly one attachment, and it must be a .docx file**

:page_facing_up: Processing

**•	Extract the attachment**

**•	Convert the Word document to plain text**

**•	Detect the language of the document (e.g. using OpenAI or Google Translate Detect)**

**•	Use OpenAI (ChatGPT API) to generate a well-structured summary of the content**

**•	The AI must respond in the same language as the input**

:outbox_tray: Output

**•	Convert the AI response into a clean, editable Word (.docx) file with proper formatting**

**•	Send a reply to the original sender, with the summary attached as a Word document**

:broom: Cleanup

**•	Automatically delete the original received email**

**•	Delete the sent email (if possible)**

**•	Remove all temporary data and files – nothing should be left behind after execution**

:locked_with_key: Access

I have API access ready for:

**•	OpenAI (ChatGPT)**

**•	Office 365 Outlook**

:white_check_mark: The final Make.com scenario must be deployed on my own account and work reliably. It should be built professionally, fast, and tested.

Hi @Eddy2,

Sure! Let me know when we can connect and get on the same page regarding the Project (Email Outlook trigger, attachment handling, document conversion, language detection, AI-generated summary, creation of a clean Word file, automated reply, and full cleanup)

I have 5+ years of experience in automation and integrations, and certified in Make.com and workflow automations. I am open to the 200€ budget, and we can go over the details together. Let me know when you’re available for a Zoom or Google Meet call.

If you’d like to see more of my work, feel free to check my Fiverr profile (https://www.fiverr.com/s/pdrAQvG) or connect with me on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/proboticsolutions/).

Hello @Eddy2 , welcome to make.com community, I have worked and have experience with Make.com and l will love to collaborate with you on this you can schedule a call Here and you can checkout my upwork profile Here, for my pastworks and certifications

Hi Eddy,

I’ve built a very similar automation recently using Outlook + OpenAI + Make (email filtering, docx extraction, language detection, AI summarization, and auto-reply with a generated Word file). This is definitely something I can help you implement cleanly and reliably.

Your budget is noted, once I review the details, we can align on the final scope.

Happy to show you a similar setup via a quick call or Loom.

Hey @Eddy2 , I made this quick loom :backhand_index_pointing_right: here which gives a quick overview of what the final scenario would look like. I’d love to work with you on this.

You can also schedule a call with me here to discuss this better.

Hi @Eddy2,

I can build this AI email-summary Make.com scenario for €200 (fixed, negotiable) and deliver a fully tested, production-ready flow on your Make account.

Key deliverables I’ll include:

  • Trigger on Office365 when an email with “referat” arrives and has exactly one .docx attachment.

  • Extract & convert the .docx to plain text.

  • Detect language and call OpenAI (ChatGPT) to produce a structured summary in the same language.

  • Convert the AI summary back into a formatted .docx and reply to the sender with the summary attached.

  • Cleanup temporary files and data from the scenario.

  • Deploy the working scenario in your Make account and test it end-to-end.

One technical note: fully deleting the original received message is possible if you grant the Make/Office365 connection the required mailbox permissions; deleting the reply from the recipient’s mailbox (their Sent folder) may not be enforceable across all Office365 setups — I’ll confirm this during setup and handle allowed cleanup steps safely.

If that sounds good, please share how you’d like to continue — I prefer working securely via Fiverr or a quick callto exchange access details and confirm mailbox permissions.
