The most common issue I see is not the AI or the tool itself. It’s the wiring between systems. Data structures don’t match, APIs behave differently under load and edge cases are ignored early. Most failures happen after the first “happy path” works, when retries, errors, permissions or scale kick in.

My focus is always on clean data flow, guardrails and monitoring so the automation survives real world use.
