Who we are
Acasa AI (London) builds outcome-driven automations for local businesses (clinics, salons, gyms). We’re expanding our contract implementer network.

What we need built (typical scenario)
Form/Webhook → Airtable (or Google Sheets) → Cal.com booking (create/hold slot) → email + SMS/WhatsAppconfirmations/reminders → post-visit review request → logging & retries.

Must-have

  • Shipped client automations in Make (or n8n/Zapier).

  • Reliability basics: validation, retries/backoff, error logs.

  • Clear docs: 1-page README + ≤5-minute Loom.

Nice-to-have
Airtable schema design, HighLevel/HubSpot, WhatsApp Business API/Twilio, light OpenAI templating, Cal.com webhooks.

Engagement

  • Contract / remote. Typical build 10–20 hours (+ small care blocks).

  • Global OK with UK/EU overlap preferred.

  • Compensation: fixed per build or hourly - share your range.
