I’m a Premium X subscriber and can upload 1080p videos manually on their site. However, my Make scenario using the V5/V6 apps only uploads in 720p.
How can I modify my Make scenario or app settings to upload videos in 1080p resolution and utilize my Premium subscription’s capability? (If that’s even possible.)

According to the Twitter API, they accept video uploads via API up to 1080p
So perhaps it is a bug that you are experiencing with the module?

They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to.
