:bullseye: What is your goal?

I’m trying to access a shared Outlook mailbox scenario.

Has anyone successfully connected a shared mailbox in make.com?
If so:

  • Which connection/authentication method did you use?
  • Is there any recommended workaround or best practice?

The goal is to automatically read (and, even better, send) emails from a shared team mailbox.

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

The standard Microsoft 365 Outlook connection seems to support only personal user mailboxes.

Summary: A feature request may be required to make the modules support shared mailboxes. A workaround is to use the universal/Make an API Call module.
